The GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC is a Multiple-Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract designed to provide federal agencies with innovative Information Technology (IT) services-based solutions from qualified 8(a) small businesses.
